When you join, North Bank gets to work on your company alongside you. We identify where your startup is strong and where it's exposed. Then we bring in the right people to close those gaps. Specifically. For your company, at your stage, right now.

This is not a class, a cohort, or a speaker series. It is a rolling, high-accountability operating environment built around one thing: the growth of your startup.
HOW IT WORKS
Register
Send us an email. You reach out, we reach back and schedule a two-hour intake interview. It's in-depth by design. We're not checking boxes — we're getting a real picture of who you are, what you're building, and whether The Edge is the right fit in both directions.
Assessment and Decision
After the interview we deliver a written assessment. If you're accepted, we move. If you're not the right fit right now, we tell you why and what would need to be true before you are.
Company Profile Sessions
The first two sessions build a complete picture of your company. Incorporation structure. Investment history. Sector and competitive position. Current priorities. Where you're strong. Where you're exposed. Short and long-term goals. Investment or bootstrapped. All of it shapes the strategy. None of it gets skipped.
Growth Matrix and Milestone Planning
We map your company across six dimensions — Product, Market, Sales, Team, Operations, and Finance. You set the milestones. We run a gap analysis. That gap becomes the priority list. That priority list becomes the work.
Ongoing Accountability and Advisory
We meet twice a week. Monthly progress reviews against milestones. Advisors matched to your specific gaps, brought in when and where they're needed. Your Navigator holds you to your commitments between sessions.
Curated Connections
When you need a connection we don't hand you a name and wish you luck. We reach out first. We explain your company, assess whether the relationship is viable, and confirm they have the time and interest. Every introduction lands with context.
