When we say this program is for builders, we are stating a condition. This work requires staying present through uncertainty, making progress without clear answers, and learning faster than the situation changes.

This is not a book club. The thinking informs the work, but the work comes first. Every session is about applying pressure to the company you’re actually building and leaving with sharper judgment about what matters next.
