The Commons is wide open, with a cafe, relaxed vibe, high-speed internet, and plenty of comfy space where you can post up and focus to get your work done. It’s also a social area where you can drop in, grab a seat, and get connected to the local startup scene. Perfect for networking, spontaneous problem-solving, and staying visible in the community.

Rate: $125 per month

Location: The VIC

Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00PM

North Bank – Founder Member Space

Members here get more than a desk; they get a dedicated home base for getting busy building. Our space is your private launchpad inside the VIC, where the time you spend is the time you grow your business. Membership to our Founder Space means event discounts, advisory hours, conference room hours, and gym access, along with enhanced resources and deeper integration into the North Bank community.

Rate: $300 per month

Location: Founder Space + The Commons

Hours: 24/7 access
