The Commons is wide open, with a cafe, music on Wednesday afternoons, high-speed internet, and plenty of nooks where you can post up and focus to get your work done. It’s also a lively social area where you can drop in, grab a seat, and instantly tap into the pulse of the local startup scene. Perfect for networking, spontaneous problem-solving, and staying visible in the community.

Rate: $125 per month

Location: The VIC Commons

Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00PM

Suite 112 – Founder Space

Foundry Members get more than a desk; they get a dedicated home base for getting busy building. Suite 112 is your private launchpad inside the VIC, where the time you spend is the time you grow your business. It comes with a membership to North Bank Innovations, which means event discounts, advisory hours, conference room hours, and coffee and snacks in our dedicated break room, along with enhanced access, resources, and deeper integration into the North Bank community.

Rate: $300 per month

Location: Suite 112 + The Commons

Hours: 24/7 access
