  • This workshop is designed for professional firms seeking an understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) beyond that of personal productivity and crafting emails. By delving into the capabilities and limitations of current Large Language Models (LLMs), participants will gain essential knowledge to shape their business strategies, drive GenAI-related initiatives, and avoid ineffective approaches.

After this course, you will be well-positioned to build a pilot project using a 3rd party GenAI tool (such as an integration with a CRM).

We recommend, though it's not mandatory, that each participating company sends two participants: one who represents the business strategy and another with technical skills (potential add details). This program establishes a groundwork for an additional module, which is designed for those with basic to intermediate programming skills.

    Key Learning Objectives:

Differentiate between using a pre-trained model and training your own .

Understand the components of LLM systems, helping you achieve better responses.

Learn how to integrate company business data with LLMs through the use of (retrieval augmented generation) RAG systems.

Establish guidelines for initiating internal projects utilizing LLMs.

Data privacy basics when using LLMs.

Security and Privacy issues as it relates to using OpenAI products.

How to implement GenAI in various business areas of your business, including exploring 3rd party tools.

AI Usage Levels: Basic & Advanced Prompting; Maximizing LLM Benefits.
